HOME ACCESS POLICY
Pet Parents are expected to provide detailed home access information for Pet Care Providers in the “My Profile” section of the customer login portal. They’re also expected to provide information pertaining to any necessary supplies for the service (e.g., collar, leash, food) within the “How to Get In” screen and leave those supplies in plain view within their home.

If the Pet Care Provider is unable to find the key to the Pet Parent's home or the door is locked, the Paws Specialist will contact the Pet Parent. If the Pet Parent is unavailable, the Paws Specialist will leave a voice and text message.

If a Pet Parent fails to provide complete and accurate instructions for accessing their home and the Paws Specialist cannot complete the walk as a result, the Pet Parent will be held responsible for paying a $10 cancellation fee.

If a Pet Parent is going to be home when the Paws Specialist is present, the Pet Parent is expected to behave respectfully and appropriately in their interactions with the Paws Specialist.
PET SITTING POLICY

VIP 24/7 Pet Sitting are scheduled as 24/7, with Paws Specialists required to be at the Client's home from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Paws Specialists may leave for errands, appointments, & other dog walking during the day; if none, Sitters will spend free time at the location.

Cat Care Drop-in Services are 30 minutes and are for cats, small animals, no dogs. Drop-ins are scheduled between 7am-9am and 6pm-8pm only unless otherwise agreed upon.

The Client will provide all items necessary for pets to be adequately cared for in the client's absence. (i.e., food, medication, leads, tags, collars, and other equipment to effectively service clients.)

If pets have unsupervised access to the outdoors, Playful Paws Pet Care Service shall not be liable for any mishap of any nature regarding the pets.
DOG WALKING POLICY

Pawsome Walk & Adventures are 30 minutes and 60 minutes.

Walkers will be equipped with Harnesses, leashes, collars with contact information, and other equipment to effectively service clients.

The Client understands that they are paying to reserve a time. Last minute requests will be accepted $5 Last Minute Request Fee added per visit.

Dog walks to check on pets during a client's vacation absence will not be allowed due to the stress it puts on a dog to be alone, crated, etc. for consecutive long periods of time. VIP 24/7 Pet Sitting will be suggested.

If pets have unsupervised access to the outdoors, Playful Paws Pet Care Service shall not be liable for any mishap of any nature regarding the pets.

All dogs being exercised must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm control regime. Proof must be provided before walking can begin.
